ChickMoney (package com.chickmoney.app, "the App"), developed by Jerry Chang Studio, is a broiler-batch management tool for Taiwanese poultry farmers. This policy explains how data is handled when you use the App, in the spirit of Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act and the EU GDPR.

The App does not request photos, location or contacts permissions.
| iPhone / iPad | Tap "Back up to iCloud now" to write your data into your own iCloud Drive (an app-specific folder). Sign in with the same Apple Account on a new device to retrieve it. The file lives in your iCloud storage β we have no server and no way to read it. |

| Android | Android's system backup stores your data in your own Google account and restores it when you reinstall or switch phones. This is an operating-system feature you can review or disable under Settings β Google β Backup. It does not pass through our servers. |
| What's on a farmhand's phone | After picking "I am a farmhand" the first time the App opens, that phone stores only daily logs, weighings, environment readings and notes. Cost, contract and profit fields do not exist on that phone β they are not hidden, the database simply has no such table. |

| How pairing and report files are sent | The pairing request (.cmpair), the grant the owner issues (.cmgrant), and the farmhand's report (.cmreport) are sent however you choose β AirDrop, LINE, or any app. None of it passes through our servers or any cloud service. |
| What's inside these files | Each file carries a device identifier, a public key and a digital signature, used to verify the file really came from the paired phone and to stop impersonation. No name, phone number or other contact details are included. The nickname a farmhand types in is shown on screen only and proves nothing by itself β what actually matters is that both phones display the same 6-digit pairing code. |
| Revoking and clearing data | The owner can tap "Revoke" on any issued grant at any time. A farmhand can also reset their phone to "no role selected" inside the App, which clears all farmhand-side data on that device (a second confirmation is required). |
ChickMoney offers a 40-day full-feature free trial, counted from the day you create your first flock rather than from installation, then a monthly subscription of NT$399/month (no ads, no in-app upsells), with no lock-in and cancellable anytime. Subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store; we never touch your credit-card or payment details.
The App is a farm-management tool, not directed at children under 13, and collects no children's data.
Because everything is on your device, you can view, edit or delete any record directly in the App; exporting a backup gives you a full copy; uninstalling deletes everything. No request to us is needed.
If a future feature changes how data is handled (e.g. optional cloud sync), we will update this policy and clearly notify you in the App before the feature ships.
