ChickMoney (package com.chickmoney.app, "the App"), developed by Jerry Chang Studio, is a broiler-batch management tool for Taiwanese poultry farmers. This policy explains how data is handled when you use the App, in the spirit of Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act and the EU GDPR.

Your phone's OS converts speech to text; depending on system settings the audio may be sent to Apple's or Google's speech-recognition service for processing. We never receive or store any recording. After you confirm, the App stores just the numbers and note. Never used unless you actively tap the microphone. |

The App does not request camera, photos, location or contacts permissions.
| iPhone / iPad | Tap "Back up to iCloud now" to write your data into your own iCloud Drive (an app-specific folder). Sign in with the same Apple Account on a new device to retrieve it. The file lives in your iCloud storage β we have no server and no way to read it. |

| Android | Android's system backup stores your data in your own Google account and restores it when you reinstall or switch phones. This is an operating-system feature you can review or disable under Settings β Google β Backup. It does not pass through our servers. |
ChickMoney offers a 40-day full-feature free trial, counted from the day you create your first flock rather than from installation, then a monthly subscription of NT$399/month (no ads, no in-app upsells), with no lock-in and cancellable anytime. Subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store; we never touch your credit-card or payment details.
The App is a farm-management tool, not directed at children under 13, and collects no children's data.
Because everything is on your device, you can view, edit or delete any record directly in the App; exporting a backup gives you a full copy; uninstalling deletes everything. No request to us is needed.
If a future feature changes how data is handled (e.g. optional cloud sync), we will update this policy and clearly notify you in the App before the feature ships.
