墨靈是一款兒童中文識字養成遊戲。我們高度重視兒童隱私，設計上不收集任何個人資料。

• 不收集個人資料：本 App 不要求註冊，不要求姓名、Email、電話，不收集可識別個人的資料。
• 資料只存在你的裝置：學習進度、養成精靈、設定等都儲存在你的裝置本機，並可選擇透過 Apple iCloud 在你自己的裝置間同步。我們沒有伺服器收集或讀取這些資料。
• 不放廣告、不做行為追蹤：本 App 沒有第三方廣告，沒有分析追蹤 SDK。
• 訂閱：付費訂閱透過 Apple App Store 處理，付款資訊由 Apple 管理，我們不會看到你的付款細節。
• 兒童隱私：本 App 適合兒童使用，不向兒童收集個人資料，亦無社群、聊天功能。

Privacy Policy (English)

Moling is a Chinese-literacy game for children. We collect as little data as possible.

• No personal data collected. No sign-up, no name/email/phone, nothing personally identifiable.
• Data stays on your device. Learning progress, your sprite, and settings are stored locally, and optionally synced across your own devices via Apple iCloud. We run no servers that read this data.
• No ads, no behavioral tracking. No third-party ad or analytics SDKs.
• Subscriptions are handled by the Apple App Store; we never see your payment details.
• Children's privacy: suitable for children; no personal data is collected from children, and there is no chat or social functionality.
